RETAIL RETURNS (Online Orders)
Return Window
Retail purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
Please email our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@dloria.com.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns received outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted
- Items showing signs of wear will be refused
- Dloria does not include packing slips or pricing in gift orders by default
