I will not order from dloria again

I did not receive these earrings that I ordered, but received a ring instead. The ring looks very inexpensive and like it was made for a child. The seller would not work with me since I bought them through Macy’s. Now I have to go to UPS and return them. I will never order from dloria again.

We’re very sorry for the mix-up and understand your frustration. We did respond via email asking you to please submit a photo of the item you received through the Macy’s portal, as required by their terms and conditions.

Once received, we would have been more than happy to immediately send out the correct earrings and allow you to keep the ring as a courtesy for our mistake.

Because this order was placed through Macy’s, all returns and resolutions must be processed directly through their system. We understand this may be inconvenient and truly apologize for the extra step.
